Company Summary
Invisian Medical is an early-stage medical device company based in the Kansas City region. Our core technology is based off Minne Ties Agile MMF, an innovative, FDA cleared product used to fix the jaw (maxillomandibular fixation or MMF) for different types of jaw surgery. Minne Ties offers several important improvements over other MMF systems, including time and cost savings, and promoting patient and surgeon safety. Invisian is commercially available in the U.S. and certain international markets. Adoption of our technology is increasing as we continue to aggressively pursue our mission to improve patient care within our addressable market.
Role Summary
Invisian Medical is seeking to hire a highly motivated and intellectually flexible teammate who is seeking to join a medical device startup environment. This role will help drive national sales and clinical adoption efforts while also helping to support our company’s operations. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You’ll be trained to think like a commercial and operational leader, helping identify opportunities in the field while also improving the behind-the-scenes processes that enable scale. As a key member of Invisian’s team, this role will be exposed to every aspect of Invisian’s business.

Responsibilities
Sales and Account Development (Primary Focus)
• Support hospital and ASC accounts across multiple regions
• Track leads, follow-up efforts, and account activity in the CRM
• Assist with onboarding new hospital sites and early surgeon adoption
• Help prepare materials for hospital approvals, value analysis committees (VAC), and clinical reviews
• Support conferences, surgeon education, and peer-to-peer advocacy efforts
• Assist with onboarding and communication for contracted sales reps
Clinical and Field Engagement
• Build trusting relationships with surgeons, residents, OR staff, and hospital stakeholders
• Support clinical cases when needed to ensure smooth early adoption experiences
• Learn clinical workflows and product use in real operating room environments
• Capture surgeon feedback and translate insights into product and process improvements
Operations Support
• Learn how products move from suppliers and manufacturers to hospitals and reps, including inventory planning, fulfillment, and basic supply chain coordination
• Help build and improve systems for tracking sales, reps, inventory, and performance
• Support quality documentation, traceability, and basic compliance processes
• Jump in wherever needed - from last-minute logistics to strategic research projects
Marketing and Brand Development
• Help create and manage newsletters, email campaigns, and basic social media content
• Assist with conference marketing materials, surgeon education tools, and sales collateral
• Track engagement metrics and help refine messaging based on what resonates in the field
• Support simple CRM and marketing automation workflows
Candidate Qualifications
• A self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and accountability. Candidate must have a high desire to learn and the ability to receive coaching and constructive input while also capable of working independently
• A collaborative, flexible team player who can balance individual and team goals
• Attention to detail and commitment to effective execution. Ability to manage multiple projects at one time is a must
• Proficient in fundamental software applications such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Supply Chain, Health Sciences, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or related field
• Willingness to travel occasionally and support clinical cases
