Intern – Business Operations & Growth (SaaS / Tech)

We’re a firm working closely with enterprise SaaS and technology partners, including Jalasoft, and we’re looking for a high-energy intern who is excited to learn how real tech businesses scale.

This is not a “sit and observe” internship. You’ll wear many hats, support leadership directly, and gain exposure to sales, client engagement, operations, and the inner workings of the SaaS ecosystem.

What You’ll Do
   •    Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
   •    Assist with CRM management, pipeline tracking, and sales follow-ups
   •    Help prepare client-facing materials and internal presentations
   •    Conduct research on prospects, industries, and market trends
   •    Join calls and take notes to absorb how deals are structured and executed
   •    Help improve processes and bring fresh ideas to the table
