Referral Partner (Commission-Based) – Web Design & Managed Hosting (1099)

BigFoot Web Labs is a boutique web design, hosting, and support company based in Marlton, NJ. Over the years we’ve become the worry-free website solution for small business owners—handling everything from site creation to managed hosting, speed, security, updates, and ongoing support.
We’re looking for a small number of Referral Partners to connect local business owners with our services. You’ll identify potential clients and make warm introductions; we handle the discovery call, quoting, and closing.
What you’ll do
- Identify South Jersey small businesses that could benefit from a new or improved website, managed hosting, or ongoing support
- Start conversations and make introductions via networking, outreach, community groups, or your own professional network
- Submit leads through a simple intake form / email intro and provide basic notes on the business needs
- Follow up professionally and stay organized (we’ll keep you updated on status)
Ideal client needs
- New website or redesign
- Website that’s faster, more secure, and maintained
- Managed hosting + ongoing support
- Improved online presence and lead generation
Compensation (paid referrals / commission)
- Commission on closed projects: percentage or flat-rate per project depending on scope
- Typical closed projects range $500–$4,000, so referrals can be “handsome” per job
- Paid after the client’s initial payment clears (details shared during onboarding)
Skills / qualities we’re looking for
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Comfortable speaking with small business owners
- Organized follow-through (basic notes, timely intros)
- Interest in marketing, entrepreneurship, business development, or client services
- South Jersey connections are a plus (not required)
Schedule & location
- Flexible hours; you choose your outreach methods and schedule
- Remote/hybrid with local South Jersey focus (Marlton/Cherry Hill/Mount Laurel and surrounding areas)
Important note
This is a 1099 independent contractor / referral partner opportunity. You are not required to build websites or provide technical services—your role is to connect businesses with our team.
