Floortime Player

We’re thrilled to announce our 26th Annual DIR/Floortime Summer Camp — and we’re looking for passionate, energetic Floortime Players to join our team!

Our camp is designed to support and celebrate neurodivergent children in a joyful, inclusive environment. As a Floortime Player, you’ll provide individualized, one-to-one support to help campers build meaningful peer connections and participate in the magic of camp. You won’t be doing this alone — camp is led by our owner and director, Rosemary White, OTR/L, alongside a dedicated team of experienced therapists who are there to guide and mentor you.

We provide comprehensive training in the weeks leading up to camp, hands-on, reflective coaching each morning before campers arrive, plus in-the moment coaching during camp - ensuring you feel confident and prepared to work with a wide range of children and developmental profiles.

Our camp is all about fun, connection, and child-led exploration — from imaginative play experiences to exciting, connection-building activities, both indoor and outdoors. If you’re looking for a rewarding summer experience where you can gain meaningful clinical insight, build real-world skills, and make a lasting impact in a child’s life, this is the opportunity for you!

  • Camp will run Monday-Friday, July 6-July 31, 2026
  • A full day for Players is 8:00am-2:30pm.
  • Pre-camp trainings will take place throughout June: 3, 10, 17, 24 and 29 from 5:30pm-7:00pm. Trainings will be on Zoom, except for an in-person meeting on the 17th.
  • Pay for new players starts at $17.50 per hour.
  • Camp will be in the Edmonds School District - Exact location to be determined.

We’re seeking enthusiastic, responsible individuals who genuinely enjoy working with children and want to make a meaningful impact. This is a fantastic opportunity for students who are pursuing — or considering — careers in Occupational, Physical, or Speech Therapy, Early Childhood Education, Teaching, Psychology, or any child-focused field. If you’re passionate about child development and eager to gain hands-on experience in a supportive, engaging environment, we would love to have you join our team!
