• Oversee AT&T retail sales operations, ensuring smooth processes and strong performance.
• Inspire team members to consistently meet and exceed sales goals through encouragement and accountability.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback to help associates grow and improve.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring interactions and reinforcing best practices.
• Track, monitor, and report on team progress to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine strategies, set new goals, and drive overall growth.
• Foster a culture of success, teamwork, and accountability that motivates associates to perform at their best.
