Content & Social Media Growth Creator (Commission-Based, Remote)

OMRY is a growing fragrance brand expanding across e-commerce and live events. We are seeking two creative, motivated content creators to help scale our online presence and drive measurable sales through short-form video content.

This is a 30-day performance-based contract designed for college students and emerging creatives who want real-world brand-building experience while earning commission.

If you love TikTok, Instagram Reels, storytelling, and creating emotionally compelling content, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Create 3–4 short-form videos per week for Instagram Reels and TikTok
  • Develop emotionally engaging fragrance storytelling content
  • Edit provided event footage and product visuals
  • Write strong hooks and captions designed to drive engagement
  • Research and apply trending audio strategically
  • Promote content using a unique referral link to track sales
  • Submit weekly content batches for review

Compensation

This is a commission-based role.

Creators earn 15% of net sales generated through their personal referral link and approved campaigns.

Performance bonuses may be offered for:

  • Viral content milestones
  • Revenue goals achieved
  • Exceptional campaign performance

There is no guaranteed hourly wage. Earnings are directly tied to performance and sales.

Time Commitment

  • 8–12 hours per week
  • Minimum of 3–4 videos submitted weekly
  • 30-day trial period

Continuation beyond 30 days is based on consistency, creativity, and performance.

Ideal Candidate

  • Current college student (Marketing, Business, Communications, Design, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • Comfortable creating content
  • Interested in beauty, fashion, or luxury branding
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and motivated by results
