Human Resources Intern
JOB SUMMARY
The HR intern assists the department with special projects as well as shadowing roles and responsibilities of team members. In this role the intern will learn and utilize systems for reporting and data maintenance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Partners with internal teams to resolve employment matters
● Answers general HR questions
● Exposure to employee relations
● Partners with HR and legal team to combine data points
● Transfers policies and HR documents to newly branded templates
REQUIREMENTS
● Enrollment in a college/university as a junior or higher
● Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Business
● Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
● Organizational skills, with the ability to work with people and independently
● Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, and time management skills
● Desire to learn
● Passion for technology
● Aptitude for learning new tasks quickly
● Ability to prioritize, multitask, and drive results
