Overview
We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Intern to assist with client communication and application support. This role focuses on warm outreach and client follow-up . You will be speaking with prospective clients who have already expressed interest.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to incoming leads and schedule consultations
- Assist clients with mortgage applications
- Follow up with clients to collect documents and updates
- Maintain accurate notes in the CRM system
- Provide professional customer support via phone, text, and email
- Coordinate communication between clients and loan officers
- Help maintain an organized client pipeline
