Overview

We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Intern to assist with client communication and application support. This role focuses on warm outreach and client follow-up . You will be speaking with prospective clients who have already expressed interest.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to incoming leads and schedule consultations
  • Assist clients with mortgage applications
  • Follow up with clients to collect documents and updates
  • Maintain accurate notes in the CRM system
  • Provide professional customer support via phone, text, and email
  • Coordinate communication between clients and loan officers
  • Help maintain an organized client pipeline
