Job Title: Project Manager (Engineering & Manufacturing)

 

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Project Manager to bridge the gap between Engineering and Production. In this role, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of diverse projects within our Engineering and Manufacturing departments.

 

The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and thrives in a fast-paced environment where technical precision meets operational efficiency. You will work at the center of our production cycle, ensuring that every product—from initial design to the final assembly line—is delivered within scope, on budget, and on time.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Lead project planning and execution efforts, defining project goals, objectives, scope, and deliverables. Ensure the efficient use of resources to achieve project milestones.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, including engineers, procurement, and manufacturing teams. Coordinate, Collaborate and communicate between team members.
  • Budget & Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, manage project budgets, and track expenses to ensure projects remain within financial and time constraints.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts.
  • Executive Communication: Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management, and clients. Provide regular updates on progress and achievements.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the company’s quality standards and industry regulations.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring the timely delivery of materials and services.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in Project Management, or Real-World Experience.
  • Technical Background: Functional knowledge of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (via formal education or hands-on industry experience).
  • Experience: Prior Project Management experience is preferred, but we value technical aptitude and leadership potential.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or equivalent).
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
    • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
