Hiring Range: $44,000 – $51,000

As part of the Sample Support Services team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring timely, accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments that support clinical, environmental, and public health testing across the Commonwealth.

What You’ll Do:
Manage incoming and outgoing packages, freight, and mail. Prepare and ship specimen collection kits in compliance with regulations. Maintain detailed delivery logs and documentation. Support customer service and communication with internal and external clients. Promote safety and quality standards.
