As a small business, we wear many hats, so the ideal candidate will be comfortable taking on a variety of tasks and contributing creatively to different areas of the business.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Social Media & Marketing Assistant (approximately 15 hours per week, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time). This role is perfect for someone who is entrepreneurial and may have aspirations of growing within or even acquiring a business one day. The candidate should be familiar with computers and have an interest in social media marketing, beauty, skincare, and fashion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with creating engaging social media content, including TikTok videos and posts that reflect our brand voice and aesthetic
• Help manage email marketing campaigns and contribute to content creation
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via social media, email, and other channels
• Perform light office duties, such as packing orders and organizing materials
• Collaborate on marketing strategies and execution
• Provide general support to the team as needed

Qualifications

• Strong interest in beauty, skincare, and fashion
• Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative
• Comfortable with computers and technology
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle light physical tasks, such as packing orders
• Experience with content creation, marketing, and customer service is a plus but not required
