Assist in preparing high-quality proposals and presentations for grant applications aligned with organizational priorities and revenue goals.

Research and evaluate market opportunities, including competitive landscape and emerging trends, to inform product development and sales strategies.

Track, measure, and report key performance metrics related to both sales growth and social impact, ensuring accountability to stakeholders and funders.

Identify and suggest operational improvements across production, fulfillment, and customer service to enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.

Demonstrated interest in social enterprise, sustainability, entrepreneurship, and/or nonprofit management.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Proactive self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment and can work independently to achieve results.
