Branch Manager (Leadership Track) — Winchester, VA (Launch 2026)


Pro Max Fence Systems

The Opportunity
Own and grow our new Winchester, VA branch: lead operations, safety, quality, customer experience, and branch P&L with hands‑on leadership across sales, estimating, PM, field installation, and shop/warehouse. Report to the VP of Operations and build a high‑performing team from day one.

Where & When

Home base: Winchester, VA (new branch; target opening fall of 2026).

Training: Reading, PA (Summer 2026), then transition to Winchester. Housing stipend during training.

What you’ll do

  • Own branch KPIs, scheduling, job costing, inventory, and customer relationships.
  • Recruit, coach, and lead a cross‑functional team; drive safety and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee estimating handoffs, planning, procurement, and field execution; manage change orders, WIP, and closeout.
  • Serve as the local face of Pro Max with GCs, developers, municipalities, and HOAs.

What you bring

  • Degree preferred; MBA strongly preferred (equivalent experience considered). Certifications (OSHA/PMP/CM‑Lean) a plus.  – OR - 5+ years in construction/specialty contracting operations.
  • People leadership
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Ability to run multiple jobs, read plans/specs, perform layout/staking, and manage vendors/subs.

Compensation & benefits

  • Base salary:$110,000–$130,000 + annual bonus/profit sharing; full‑time, exempt (~45 hrs/week). 
  • Training support:$2,500/month housing stipend while in Reading, PA.
  • Benefits: Medical/dental/vision effective the 1st of the month after 60 days; 15 days PTO; 401(k) after 60 days with up to 1% match; life/AD&D, STD/LTD; plus company vehicle or allowance, fuel card, and cell phone stipend (as applicable).
  • Employment is at‑will; 90‑day introductory period; offer contingent on background check and drug screen.
