Regional Sales Representative

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico (Regional Travel Required)
Compensation: 5% Commission on All Sales
Employment Type: Independent Contractor / Commission-Based

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Representative to help expand our brand's presence throughout Albuquerque and the surrounding New Mexico region. This commission-based role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, territory development, and independent work.

You'll represent our product line to retail and wholesale clients, drive regional growth, and help position our brand as a leader in its category.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with retail buyers and wholesale accounts

Present and promote products through meetings, outreach, and follow-ups

Attend in-person visits, events, and potential vendor showcases across the region

Collaborate with internal teams to manage orders, inventory, and logistics

Track leads and client activity in CRM tools and report to leadership regularly

Ensure all customer interactions are professional, timely, and aligned with company goals

Qualifications:

Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Previous B2B sales experience preferred (especially in consumer goods, retail, or lifestyle brands)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a regional sales territory independently

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally and regionally
