Global Sourcing / Quality Assurance Intern - Summer 2026

We are seeking a highly motivated Summer Intern to join our Global Sourcing / Quality Assurance team. This role provides firsthand exposure to the overall process of what it takes to identify, develop and launch new Personalized Gifts. You will actively be involved in all functions of this process including Product Development (sample management, sample review, approval etc.), Vendor Management (cost negotiations, vendor selection, key vendor criteria), Quality Assurance (product specifications, product compliance, production inspections) and Production Management (internally, domestic vendors and international factories).
This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in Supply Chain, Merchandising or Quality Assurance.
Our internships are full-time positions, and interns should expect to work Monday-Friday, up to 40 hours per week, typically between 8 AM-5 PM. Specific team norms around working hours will be communicated by your manager. Interns should not have conflicts such as classes or other employment during the workday. Applicants should have a minimum of one quarter/semester/trimester remaining in their studies after their internship concludes. Key Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Sourcing team’s daily workflow of projects across the various stages of new product development and vendor integration
- Participate in cross-functional and vendor meetings and communications
- Help track the Quality performance metrics, document testing, and inspections results.
- Assist as needed to provide data reporting and analysis of key sourcing and quality metrics
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program in Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with an expected graduation conferral date between 2026-2027.
- Able to work up to 40 hours per week throughout the course of a 10 to 12-week summer internship between May through September 2026.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, identify priorities within a multi-tasked and fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrates initiative, organizational, and excellent time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
Compensation:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position is $20.00 an hour.
Working Conditions:
- Work is performed primarily in a combination of warehouse and office environment with low to moderate noise levels,
- Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
- Position requires regular, continuous use of a computer.
- Position requires regular sitting and standing and walking.
- Position requires regular interaction with team members through in-person meetings, phone calls, video conferencing, or email.
- This is a hybrid position. Candidates are expected in the office M, T & Th with optional work from home days Wednesday & Friday.
