R33385 Summer Internship: Procurement Intern (Onsite - Hopewell, NJ)

Internship program dates: June 8 - August 21, 2026

 

Education Required: Must be enrolled in a Procurement masters degree program or equivalent is preferable  

 

General Description:

 

  • Support Hopewell site Plant services procurement
  • Manage spend and savings for plant services in Hopewell
  • Provide support for all stakeholders at Hopewell.
  • Manage supplier relationships.
  • Mange documentation and contract loading into Agiloft.
  • Responsible for following global Procurement processes and local purchasing activities in the Procure to Pay process. This includes both Direct and Indirect purchasing responsibilities.
  • Support Hopewell site operation including support of Plant Manager, Global Procurement Project Lead, engineers, Quality Control, and MST departments.  
  • Actively involved in understanding supplier’s manufacturing capability, inventory strategy, business trends, etc. while executing strategies to improve raw material delivery performance.

 

 

Essential Functions of the job:

  • Manage invoice reconciliation calls, documentation, spreadsheet tracking and learning about procurement

Supervisory Responsibilities:  

  • None

Computer Skills:   Windows, SAP, Office,

 

Other Qualifications:   Procurement Strategy, Supply chain management.

 

Travel:  global traveler

 

Pay Rates:

Masters: $30/hour USD

Salary Range: $ - $ per hour

Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process.  Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
