Core Functions of the Verizon Team Member

• Engage and consult with potential customers, confidently initiating sales conversations about Verizon products
• Tailor solutions by identifying customer needs and recommending the best mobile or home service options
• Finalize the sale by closing transactions accurately and professionally
• Become a knowledgeable Verizon Team Member with a strong understanding of current promotions, devices, and service plans
• Represent the Verizon brand with professionalism in every customer interaction
• Participate in peer coaching and team mentorship to strengthen your sales capabilities
• Set daily and weekly sales targets and consistently work to exceed them
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling customer information and sales data
