Your Must-Dos:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner, assessing their wireless needs and recommending appropriate Verizon solutions.
• Promote and sell Verizon products and services, including phones, accessories, and plans.
• Handle sales transactions accurately while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain customer relationships through follow-ups, troubleshooting, and upselling opportunities.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets in a performance-driven environment.
• Keep up-to-date with new products, services, and promotions to educate customers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and management to optimize store performance.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in company systems.

Your Must-Haves:

• Proven sales experience preferred, especially in telecommunications or technology.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
