Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) are mentored by experts in the field of autism including master and doctoral-level Board Certified Behavior Analysts to provide high- quality treatment. We train, coach, and mentor staff to work with children, families, and community providers in an effort to promote behavioral change and emotional well-being.

Essential Functions: 

  • Provide direct care to assigned patients within the clinic and community setting(s);
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analyst(s) (BCBA) in the implementation of individualized treatment goals;
  • Participate and engage in training necessary to ensure interventions are implemented with fidelity;
  • Prepare teaching materials for patient treatment sessions;
  • Manage patient belongings and instructional area;
  • Collect data on a regular basis and assist with management of programs/graphs;
  • Generate session notes under the supervision of BCBA;
  • Maintain certification(s) necessary to perform job;
  • Complete all assigned trainings at SBHC;
  • Attend individual and group supervision with BCBA;
  • Mentor new hires;
  • Collaborate with clinical team members to organize and plan for the day-to-day activities of the clinic;
  • Other duties as required.
