Social Media Intern
Sweet Logic is an Arvada-based food startup creating low-sugar, high-fiber baking mixes and cookies that taste amazing while supporting a better-for-you lifestyle. We’re a fun, fast-moving brand with a playful voice and a strong online community. We’re looking for a creative, motivated social media intern to help grow our presence on TikTok and Instagram through short-form video content.
Role Overview
As our Social Media Intern, you’ll take the lead in creating TikToks and Instagram Reels that authentically feature and promote Sweet Logic products. You’ll have creative freedom to experiment with trends, hooks, and storytelling styles while being backed by our product, branding assets, and founder guidance.
This internship is part-time on-site and flexible, perfect for students looking to build a portfolio in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or content creation.
Compensation
This is a performance-based internship designed to reward creativity and growth:
1. Monthly Retainer
$200/month base retainer for ongoing collaboration.
2. Tiered Video Performance Bonuses
Bonuses per video (based on 30-day view count):
0–4,999 views → $10
5,000–9,999 views → $25
10,000–24,999 views → $50
25,000–49,999 views → $75
50,000–99,999 views → $125
100,000–249,999 views → $250
250,000–499,999 views → $500
500,000–999,999 views → $1,000
1,000,000+ views → $2,500
(Max monthly bonus payout: $3,000, up to 10 videos eligible/month)
3. Revenue Share
10% of revenue driven by TikTok Shop or Amazon directly attributed to your content
Tracked via affiliate links, TikTok codes, or Amazon attribution tags
No cap (subject to quarterly review)
4. Viral Milestone Bonuses (One-Time Payouts)
First video to reach 50,000 views → $500
First video to reach 250,000 views → $1,000
First video to reach 1,000,000 views → $2,500
Expectations
Create minimum of 10 videos/month to maintain retainer
Videos must authentically feature or promote Sweet Logic products
Content must include a visible product or brand reference, and preferably a call-to-action
Interns retain their own creative voice—we encourage personality and trend adaptation
Invoicing required every 30 days
This internship begins in May 2026 and is a year long partnership, ending in May 2027.
