Job Summary
This role works directly with customer service, sales, vendors and production to produce a comprehensive graphic solution in a timely and accurate manner.
What You’ll Do…
- Work directly with customer service, sales, vendors and production in a fast paced, creative environment
- Provide accurate and competitive estimates and job plans including;
- Developing, implementing and estimating complex projects within time and cost constraints
- Ongoing cross-functional communication
- Prioritize and coordinate incoming work
- Understand project specifications
- Work with customer service and account executives to identify workable production solutions for challenging projects
- Communicate and coordinate with other service locations nationally as well as subcontractors and vendors to ensure a quality product within time restrictions.

What You’ll Bring…
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Job planning/Estimating experience in a printing or promotional marketing business
- Conscientious self-starter
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Able to build and establish business relationships
- Strong organization skills, impeccable attention to details and able to effectively manage multiple tasks while able to stay calm under pressure
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Possesses high energy, positive and upbeat personality with a passion for providing outstanding customer service
