Human Resources Intern
Primary Duties
- Assist HR and HR Shared Services with day-to-day responsibilities that help support the various businesses
- Assist with recruiting activities
- Assist with Talent Management and Performance Management activities
- Lead HR and HR Shared Services projects
OE/Lean
- Understands and/or actively participates in the implementation of sustainable improvement processes, such as 5S, Kaizen, Daily Management Control, Standard Work and Problem Solving.
