Entry Level Account Manager

What We Need

Got a passion for sales along with innate leadership traits? At Navi Marketing, we are committed to amplifying AT&T’s retail presence in Rhode Island and we need someone to help spearhead our efforts. We seek a motivated individual to be our newest Entry Level Account Manager and be part of our East Providence team. Prepare to learn the ropes of leadership and management while continuing to enhance your sales prowess and grow alongside people with the same drive.

In this role, you will be performing these duties:

  • Serve as the primary client contact or communicates with senior-level clients to build and maintain relationships.
  • Retain and develop current accounts to boost revenue.
  • Offer strategic counsel to clients and the account team, anticipating long and short-term needs.
  • Manage marketing program execution and ensure work quality.
  • Plan and conduct strategic client meetings, consistently providing valuable advice.
  • Supervise account staff, providing structure and instruction for workload balance.
  • Motivate, mentor, and guide staff professional development.
  • Assume fiscal responsibility for the division, accounts, and team.
  • Actively participate in and guide the division's and agency's operations and future direction.

To be considered, you need to possess these traits:

  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, or a related customer-facing role
  • A natural born leader with strong communication and people skills
  • Excellent at multitasking under pressure
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Comfortable with flexible scheduling
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management or relevant college coursework (preferred)
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the United States
