Marketing Manager

Flint Hills Technical College is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Public Relations Manager to join our team. This full-time position plays a critical role in shaping the College’s brand and enhancing outreach through strategic marketing and communication initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the College’s website
  • Oversee and grow the College’s social media presence
  • Develop, implement, and communicate a comprehensive strategic marketing plan
  • Responsible for advertising, marketing and promotion efforts, in support of program offerings and institutional initiatives
  • Supervise and collaborate with the Graphic Designer to develop printed and digital materials
  • Plan, administer, and monitor the department budget
  • Collaborate with various partners across the College to create and deliver promotional materials

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing, communications or related field from an accredited college/university is required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of paid experience in a related field.
  • Experience with writing and/or editing in multiple marketing media formats.
  • Proficiency with web development tools and related technologies
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Full time, 40 hours/week, 12 months/year
  • Salary based on experience starting at $58,000 annually
