Staff Physical Therapist

We are Seeking a Staff Physical Therapist for a Home Health position

The Physical Therapist will make visits to patient homes. This position is M-F, 8am-5pm with a weekend rotation (typically once every 4 weeks).

One year of experience as a Physical Therapist is preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in Home Health preferred, but not required. Home Care Home Base experience appreciated, but not required. Must have reliable transportation, as visits will occur within patient homes. Must be licensed in Michigan.

· Salary/Productivity Bonus Range: $15,000-$18,000 productivity bonus is average

Areas of Coverage Included: Branch office is in St. Johns, MI. Specific coverage areas required for visits are as follows: Portland, St. Johns, Ionia, Carson City, Owosso, Alma. Visits are "blocked" so the daily visits will be in proximity of each other. Mileage reimbursement is provided and there is a company car program, if desired.
