Position Summary:  This position has direct oversight of day to day activities of the permanent supportive housing program including safety protocols, client participation, grant implementation and quality management, staff oversite, and program development. This position also interacts directly with landlords, property managers, and developers, and provides support within the landlord/tenant relationship. This position is required to be on the membership of the RI Continuum of Care.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, public administration or a closely related field of study (significant related work experience in lieu of a credential will be considered).
  • At least 2 years of experience in directly supervising staff.
  • Experience with HMIS systems, databases and administrative/office management responsibilities preferred.
  • Knowledge of Rhode Island’s affordable housing resources preferred.
  • Bilingual/ASL skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.
  • Multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8%, above base pay.
