The opportunity

 

This is a rare chance to join the Office of the CEO. You'll be at the forefront of AI innovation in the Utilities sector, working from our brand new Brooklyn office. Unlike traditional Engineering roles at Senpilot, in this opportunity you’ll have broad autonomy to build end-to-end products faster than imaginable. The CEO’s favorite tools include: Vercel, Render, Claude Code, Cursor, and Supabase.

What you'll do

 

  • Work directly with the CEO on rapid prototyping
  • Build full stack applications leveraging the latest AI technologies
  • Contribute to process improvements and internal automations
  • Learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-impact environment

What we're looking for

 

  • 0-2 years of experience as a full stack software engineer
  • Familiarity with Claude Code or Cursor (required)
  • Computer Science degree (if no professional work experience)
  • Genuine passion for AI and its transformative potential
  • Eager to learn and comfortable with ambiguity

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Location: Brooklyn, NY (full-time)
  • Salary: $80,000 - $150,000
  • Reports to: CEO
