This position offers a clear and supported pathway to practice ownership. Our model allows veterinarians to earn equity through contribution and leadership—without the burden of large upfront financial investment or corporate constraints.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $150,000 – $225,000

Additional Benefits Include:

• Paid Time Off:
  • 2 weeks PTO after 90 days
  • 3 weeks PTO after 1 year
