Femigist is a women’s hormonal wellness brand built for women who are tired of guessing, overspending, and being dismissed. We design integrated, inside-out systems (supplements, topicals, and rituals) that address hormonally driven beauty and wellness concerns—without shame, fear, or fragmentation.

 

We’re looking for a Social Media & Consumer Insight Lead who understands that great content doesn’t just look good—it tells the truth.

This is not a “post pretty graphics” role.

This is a voice, insight, and positioning role.
 

This role is for you if:

  • You are obsessed with why women feel frustrated, confused, or dismissed in beauty, wellness, or healthcare
  • You can articulate what brands and systems are getting wrong—clearly and respectfully
  • You think in beliefs, tensions, and emotional drivers, not trends
  • You care more about saves, comments, and DMs than likes
  • You can write content that makes someone say, “Wait… that’s exactly how I feel”

What you'll be responsible of:

  • Creating social content that:
  • Calls out gaps in beauty, wellness, and healthcare
  • Names the emotional and financial frustration women feel
  • Reframes shame and blame around hormonal issues
  • Using social as a listening tool—not just a publishing channel
  • Collaborating closely with the founder to refine brand voice and positioning

 

Required experience:

  • 2+ years creating content in women’s health, wellness, beauty, or adjacent spaces OR
  • Lived experience with hormonal issues (PCOS, endometriosis, cycle irregularities, etc.) with the ability to translate that experience into broader insight
  • Social media graphic skills
  • Strong writing skills—especially short-form, conversational, emotionally accurate copy
  • Deep curiosity about consumer psychology and behavior
