Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Receive and check in new merchandise shipments
- Organize, stage, and pull products for stadium retail locations
- Support inventory management, stock rotation, and replenishment
Training Camp & Event Support
- Assist in setting up and operating retail spaces for Chiefs Training Camp
- Support special events, including restocking, logistics, and product movement
- Help maintain a clean and organized back‑of‑house environment
Stadium Operations
- Contribute to stadium readiness for the FIFA World Cup, including retail setup
- Assist with merchandise intake and store preparation
- Work NFL gamedays, supporting customer experience and retail execution
Buying & Merchandising
- Participate in buying meetings when appropriate
- Provide insights and feedback on product selection and merchandising strategies
- Assist with visual merchandising and product presentation standards
Finance & Reporting
- Learn the basics of retail budgeting, sales goals, and labor planning
- Support reporting needs, including sales analysis and inventory tracking
- Assist leadership with data-driven recommendations and operational insights
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Retail Management, Sports Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and event days
- Passion for sports, retail, and large‑scale event operations
