Boutique Assistant Manager

Bobbles & Lace is seeking an experienced, fashion-driven leader to play a key role in the day-to-day success of our Cincinnati boutique. This position partners closely with store leadership to elevate client experience, support team performance, and ensure the boutique runs seamlessly—while actively building meaningful relationships within the local community.

This role is ideal for someone who loves fashion, thrives in an energetic retail environment, and enjoys balancing people leadership with hands-on execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as an independent, key leader and mentor to staff, partnering closely with other store leadership to drive sales performance, operational excellence, and a consistently elevated boutique experience
  • Lead from the front on the floor, delivering personalized, head-to-toe styling and cultivating long-term client relationships that build loyalty and repeat business
  • Inspire, coach, and support team members across styling, selling, merchandising, and daily operations to ensure a high-performance, collaborative culture
  • Oversee visual merchandising, displays, and overall boutique presentation to maintain a polished, fashion-forward environment aligned with brand standards
  • Lead marketing initiatives including social media content, in-store promotions, client outreach, and event execution
  • Plan and host in-store events and local partnerships that strengthen community presence and drive meaningful traffic
  • Ensure seamless daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, register reconciliation, and deposits
  • Communicate proactively with ownership, contributing strategic ideas to enhance client engagement, sales growth, and operational efficiency
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing team members with a focus on styling excellence, service standards, and brand representation
  • Identify challenges quickly and take ownership in resolving issues before they impact the client or team experience

  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and varied schedules across all hours of boutique operations; candidates without flexibility will not be considered
