POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Position Title: Communications Coordinator
Reports To: Director of Marketing
Classification: Full-Time, Exempt, Salary
Location: Support Center – Blue Ash, OH
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Communications Coordinator reports to the Director of Marketing and acts as the primary liaison between Store Support Center and store teams, managing internal communications to ensure consistent, timely messaging on marketing, operations, training, merchandising, events, and policy, interfacing closely with all teams to ensure store execution is top of mind.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Coordinate, create and deploy communications on a consistent basis required for store awareness and execution.
- Oversee the communication tool that allows for creating and distributing daily updates, promotional tasks, store activities, and operational directives intended for store use.
- Provide signage and collateral support to stores for operational needs.
- Collaborate with department leaders to maintain the annual sales calendar, optimizing campaigns around peak seasonality, key industry dates, and strategic off-season opportunities.
- Manage cross-functional projects and deadlines using online project management tools. This includes promotional campaigns, store events, merchandising and product updates. Ensure project deliverables amongst project owners are met on time and within scope.
- Partner with external agencies and vendors to plan marketing activities, events, and PR initiatives that enhance the Range USA brand.
- Analyze event performance through store associate feedback, sales metrics, and customer insights to inform future strategies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing.

- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field
- 1+ years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, or advertising
- Retail industry experience preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This is an on-site job located at our Main Office in Cincinnati, OH.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. Additionally, specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee may occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
