Behavior Technician

Magnolia Therapy Solutions is a pediatric speech and ABA clinic in the Polaris area of Columbus, Ohio. We are seeking a compassionate, coachable Behavior Technician (RBT preferred) to provide play-based ABA therapy to young children with autism and developmental delays.

This position involves working 1:1 with children ages 2–6 in a clinic setting under the supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities:
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Collect accurate session data
• Use play-based, naturalistic teaching strategies
• Support communication, social skills, and behavior goals
• Maintain professional documentation and session notes
• Collaborate with BCBAs and SLPs

Minimum Requirements:
• High school diploma (Bachelor’s in psychology, education, or related field preferred)
• RBT certification (or willingness to complete training within 60 days)
• Strong professionalism and reliability
• Ability to receive and apply real-time feedback
• Passion for working with young children
