Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Account Executive to help manage client campaigns, grow key customer relationships, and drive measurable sales performance in high-traffic retail and event environments. This role blends strategic account management with hands-on customer engagement, making it ideal for emerging sales professionals who enjoy building rapport, influencing outcomes, and growing with a performance-driven team.


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients and internal leadership to support the execution of retail and event sales campaigns that meet brand and performance goals.

     
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through in-person engagement, tailored recommendations, and solution-focused conversations.

     
  • Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics (e.g., sales results, customer feedback, campaign performance) to help refine strategy and optimize outcomes.

     
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency, quality delivery, and high customer satisfaction.

     
  • Support onboarding, coaching, and mentoring of newer team members on customer engagement best practices.

     
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and recommend expansion strategies based on customer needs.

     

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.

     
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

     
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, face-to-face sales environment.

     
  • Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.

     
  • Professional attitude with a drive to learn, grow, and exceed goals.

     

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, account management, retail, customer service, or leadership roles.

     
  • Familiarity with sales tracking tools or CRM systems.

     
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus (e.g., Spanish/English).
