Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Account Executive to help manage client campaigns, grow key customer relationships, and drive measurable sales performance in high-traffic retail and event environments. This role blends strategic account management with hands-on customer engagement, making it ideal for emerging sales professionals who enjoy building rapport, influencing outcomes, and growing with a performance-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients and internal leadership to support the execution of retail and event sales campaigns that meet brand and performance goals.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through in-person engagement, tailored recommendations, and solution-focused conversations.
- Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics (e.g., sales results, customer feedback, campaign performance) to help refine strategy and optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency, quality delivery, and high customer satisfaction.
- Support onboarding, coaching, and mentoring of newer team members on customer engagement best practices.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and recommend expansion strategies based on customer needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
