What You’ll Be Doing:

• Making warm outbound calls (no cold calling) to people who have already shown interest
• Following up with leads and setting appointments for our sales team
• Creating positive first impressions and building quick connections
• Being part of a fun, energetic, and structured office culture
• Learning to communicate with clarity, confidence, and empathy

Who We’re Looking For:

• You strive to be a leader, competitive, as well as able to collaborate as a fellow team member
• You’re professional and well-spoken on the phone and on camera
• You’re coachable, organized, and eager to grow in your career
• You’re either already in Tampa or planning to relocate soon
• You’re looking for mentorship, structure, and a clear growth path

What You’ll Get:

• $4,000/month Base + Commission with guaranteed bonuses (OTE: $95K - $150K/yr)
