Marketing Leader

We are a growing learning center focused on youth cognitive development, strategy training, and enrichment education. As we continue expanding our programs and community presence, we are seeking a Marketing Leader to take ownership of our marketing strategy and drive measurable enrollment growth.

This is an on-site leadership role in New Jersey for someone experienced, strategic, and execution-driven. The ideal candidate will not only manage marketing activities, but design systems, improve performance, and build scalable growth channels.

Key Responsibilities

📈 Marketing Strategy & Growth Leadership

Develop and lead the overall marketing and enrollment growth strategy

Define acquisition funnels from awareness to enrollment

Set measurable KPIs and track performance metrics

Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities

📣 Digital & Social Media Management

Lead and manage content strategy across U.S. and Chinese social media platforms

Oversee paid advertising campaigns and digital promotion efforts

Build structured parent engagement and conversion systems

Strengthen brand positioning and online presence

🏫 Enrollment & Community Expansion

Design and execute local outreach strategies

Plan and oversee in-person promotional events (trial classes, competitions, workshops)

Build partnerships with schools and community organizations

Improve enrollment processes and conversion efficiency

📊 Performance Management & Optimization

Analyze marketing data and continuously optimize performance

Improve marketing ROI and cost-per-enrollment

Supervise or guide marketing support staff when applicable

Report progress and strategic insights to leadership

Qualifications

Proven marketing experience (preferably 3+ years)

Demonstrated experience driving customer acquisition or enrollment growth

Strong understanding of both Western and Chinese social media platforms

Experience managing digital campaigns and paid ads

Strategic thinker with strong execution ability

Comfortable working on-site in New Jersey

Mandarin Chinese preferred

Nice to Have

Experience in education, tutoring, or youth programs

Background in community-based marketing

Experience leading small marketing teams

Familiarity with CRM systems and data tracking tools
