Spend your summer leading, mentoring, and building real leadership experience at a premier sleepaway camp in the Berkshires.
Camp Lenox is seeking motivated college students for a paid, immersive summer leadership internship. This is more than a summer job β itβs hands-on experience in youth development, coaching, and team leadership within a structured residential community.
π What Youβll Do
As a Leadership & Counselor Intern, you will:
β’ Mentor and supervise campers ages 7β16
β’ Lead and assist in daily activity programming
β’ Facilitate one or more specialized focus areas (see below)
β’ Develop communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills
β’ Participate in professional staff training

This is a fully immersive residential position.
