We are currently building our brand presence and are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our social media strategy and digital growth.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter). This role is ideal for someone with strong marketing instincts, content creation skills, and an interest in sports, analytics, or startups.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a consistent social media content strategy

Create, schedule, and publish posts, reels, and short-form video content

Manage brand tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms

Assist with launch campaigns, waitlists, and audience growth initiatives

Analyze engagement metrics and optimize content performance

Coordinate with founders on approvals before public posting

Ensure all marketing materials remain compliant and brand-aligned

Qualifications

Experience managing social media accounts for a brand, organization, or startup

Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content trends

Basic knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and analytics

Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines

Interest in sports, data, or fintech is a plus (not required)
