🔑 Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound service calls professionally and confidently

Build rapport with customers and identify service opportunities

Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on service appointments

Present service solutions clearly and overcome objections

Work closely with technicians and operations to ensure smooth execution

Maintain accurate notes, documentation, and follow-ups

Drive revenue through upsells, add-ons, and service conversions
