Behavior Technician

We are currently hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, and community settings throughout NYC.

If you’re studying psychology, education, social work, or a related field — or looking to start a career in ABA — this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with paid training and ongoing support.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
  • Implement behavior intervention and skill-building programs
  • Collect simple data during sessions
  • Build rapport with clients and families
  • Attend supervision and training sessions
