Dental Field Sales Intern
The Field Sales Intern will support Brasseler’s sales organization by calling on dental offices with direction from field leadership to drive sales growth and increase customer acquisition. This role provides hands-on exposure to professional B2B field sales within the dental industry, balancing real-world selling experience with structured learning aligned to the intern’s academic focus.
Interns will gain experience in customer engagement, territory execution, product positioning, and sales fundamentals while representing the Brasseler brand in the field.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Call on dental offices to support sales growth and new customer acquisition
Represent Brasseler products and value proposition in a professional, customer-facing manner
Partner with District Sales Managers and field leadership on territory priorities
Assist with account follow-ups, prospecting activities, and pipeline development
Participate in ride-along field visits and sales meetings
Support special sales initiatives and promotional programs
Complete assigned projects that align with academic learning objectives
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Learn core field sales skills, including prospecting, customer conversations, and follow-up
Gain familiarity with Brasseler products, sales tools, and sales processes
Develop understanding of professional selling, territory management, and customer relationships

WORK EXPERIENCE:
No prior sales experience required/Customer facing experience preferred
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Preference given to candidates with a concentration in Sales
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically 100% - primarily local field travel.
The posted hourly rate for this internship position is based on both your education and location.
Candidates possessing up to and including a high school diploma can receive either $15 or $16/hr depending on location. This rate also applies to candidates enrolled in a college program but have not yet started those studies.
Candidates currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or equivalent can receive either $18 or $20/hr depending on location. This rate also applies to candidates enrolled in an advanced, post-graduate degree program but have not yet started those studies.
