MVM Moving & Storage is hiring Customer Experience & Field Leadership Interns for full-time and part-time positions. This is a paid, hands-on internship designed for students who want real-world experience working with customers, solving problems on-site, and learning how a fast-paced service and logistics company operates.

Interns work directly on moving crews, interact with clients, use company software, and learn leadership, logistics, and customer service skills in a real field environment.

What You’ll Gain

Internship Responsibilities

Work as part of a professional moving crew

Assist with packing, loading, transport, and unloading

Communicate directly with customers during moves

Help resolve on-site customer concerns

Use company software to track jobs and support the customer experience

Learn logistics, teamwork, and field leadership

Basic Requirements

Positive, service-oriented attitude

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to lift and maneuver furniture up to 100 lbs without assistance

Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment
