Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all social channels.
  • Monitor social media performance metrics and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Design teams on campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage editorial calendars and posting schedules to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
  • Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and interactions when appropriate.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and platform updates to improve reach and engagement.
  • Support ad hoc social and digital content projects as needed.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content formats.
  • Excellent written communication and content creation skills.
  • Ability to interpret engagement metrics and apply performance insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in social media tools and scheduling platforms.
  • Comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple content streams.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing or growing social media accounts.
  • Familiarity with analytics, insights dashboards, or performance tracking.
  • Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing strategy.
  • Experience with short-form content and visual storytelling.
  • Comfort collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to feedback and changing priorities.
  • Interest in consulting, brand strategy, or digital engagement.
