Logistics Transportation Intern

Job Title: Intern - Logistics-Transportation

Department: Logistics-Transportation Department

Job Summary: Responsible for assistance to shipping supervisor and warehouse supervisor 

Job Functions:  

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and processing shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.)

Coordinate with carriers, couriers, and freight companies to schedule shipments

Help track and update shipment status in internal systems

Organize and label outgoing shipments according to destination and shipping method

Maintain shipping records and documentation for compliance and audit purposes

Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Support the team with inventory checks and cycle counts as needed

Participate in resolving shipment issues or delays (e.g., damaged goods, customs holds)

Ensure packaging meets safety and compliance standards

Problem-solving in real-world shipping and logistics challenges

Must be 18 years of age or older.
