Pet Concierge

Brand new Pet Resort opening in March. 

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and pet-loving Front Desk Staff to be the welcoming face of our premier pet boarding, daycare, and grooming facility. If you enjoy helping people and their pets, thrive in a busy and positive environment, and have great people skills, this is your opportunity to join a team that truly cares!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet pet owners and pets warmly during drop-offs, pick-ups, and visits
• Handle check-in/check-out processes, verify reservations, and update records as. required
• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally; schedule boarding, daycare, grooming, and other services
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions about services, policies, pricing, and facility features
• Manage waitlists, confirmations, cancellations, and follow-up communications
• Maintain accurate client and pet records in our booking system
• Sell retail products (toys, treats, food, accessories) and upsell additional services when appropriate
• Keep the front desk, lobby, and retail area clean, organized, and inviting
• Coordinate with kennel, grooming, and playroom teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle basic administrative tasks and support management as needed

Requirements:

• Genuine love for animals and enthusiasm for working in a pet-centered environment
• Previous customer service, reception, retail, or administrative experience preferred (hospitality or vet clinic experience a big plus!)
• Strong communication skills—friendly, clear, and professional (both in person and on the phone)
• Proficient with computers; experience with booking/reservation software is a bonus (we’ll train!)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally (pet carriers, supplies)
• Flexible availability, including weekends, some holidays, and split shifts (early mornings and evenings)
