Support recruitment for operations and hourly roles, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating requisitions and recruitment ads. 

Coordinate pre-hire testing with hiring managers and manage hiring approvals. 

Enter and maintain employee data and documentation using HRIS platforms (ADP & ClearCompany) to ensure accuracy and compliance. 

Oversee Position Control spreadsheets for operations and hourly positions. 

Use access management tools (Kantech and Connect One) to manage employee building access. 

Organize and manage employee engagement events and programs such as holiday luncheons and internal award programs. 

Assist in preparing the company newsletter by coordinating content, layout, design, and production with a graphic design associate. 

Support daily operations of the HR department, including document management, filing, data entry, and correspondence. 

Provide administrative support to the SVP of People & Operations and other HR team members. 

Assist with the development and distribution of HR communications, forms, and policies. 

Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
