Physicians to work in Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) within a VA Finger Lakes Healthcare System site. Contract physicians shall be Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Requiring Activity: VHA

Period Of Performance: Base Year: June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027 Four (4) one-year option periods through May 31, 2031Optional 6-month extension
Pay Rate: $180.09
