About The 24 Foundation & CNFL Internship Program
The 24 Foundation focuses on youth empowerment, digital skilling, AI, and career pathways. We are launching the Chesterfield NFL Flag League (CNFL), designed to address the lack of recreational sports in the area while integrating sports with education. The foundation seeks to provide real-world experience to students to enhance their employability. We are actively recruiting students who want to explore non-athlete-centric careers in sports, such as data analysis, fan experience technology, and marketing.
Video Production & Post-Production Intern
Role Overview: You are the visual storyteller of the league's inaugural season. Before the games begin, you will focus heavily on capturing our high-profile speaker events and churning out fast-paced digital assets to build community momentum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual support and technical recording management for the Virtual Speaker Series, which features professional athletes to engage the youth demographic.
- Create concepts for social media content, including "Old vs. New" skits.
- Edit quick-turnaround hype videos and promotional assets for digital distribution.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- A strong grasp of pacing and formatting for short-form, vertical social media videos (Reels, TikToks).
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills for managing remote recording environments.
Desired Skills:
- Experience running virtual recording platforms or livestreaming software (e.g., Riverside, OBS).
- Basic motion graphics, animation, or visual design skills (Canva, After Effects).
- A digital portfolio or reel showcasing previous video production work.
Logistics & Compensation:
- Location: Remote with flexible hours.
- Time Commitment: 10 to 25 hours per week.
- Compensation: Range $14-$16/hour, though unpaid internships for academic credit are possible.
