Job Title:

Lead Recreational Gymnastics Coach – $18–$25/hr – Wayne, NJ
 

Position Overview:

Tumble Zone is seeking a highly dependable, high-energy gymnastics coach (18+) to join our team. We are prioritizing one strong candidate who can commit to consistent weekly hours and grow with our program.

Preferred Availability (Highest Pay Tier):

• Monday–Thursday: 3:30 PM – 8:30 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, with birthday parties to follow if booked

Candidates available for all listed hours will be eligible for top pay and priority scheduling.

Minimum Availability:

At least 3 weekday shifts required.

Compensation:

• $18–$20/hr for standard part-time availability

• $22–$25/hr for full schedule commitment and strong experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead structured recreational gymnastics classes

• Coach private lessons

• Lead birthday parties and camps

• Maintain a safe, positive, and professional environment

 

Qualifications:

• 18+

• Reliable transportation

• Strong work ethic and punctuality

• Gymnastics/cheer/dance/athletic background preferred

• Experience with children is a plus
