Sales Intern
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and coachable Spanish speaking Sales Intern to support our B2B sales team. This role is ideal for someone interested in learning consultative selling, business development, and payment technology in a fast-growing industry.
You will receive hands-on training and real-world exposure to outbound prospecting, CRM management, and sales pipeline development.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to business owners (cold & warm outreach)
Schedule appointments for Account Executives
Research local businesses and identify qualified prospects
Update and maintain CRM records
Support follow-up campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Assist with sales campaigns and marketing initiatives
Learn Merchantics products including payment processing and POS systems
Qualifications
Strong communication skills (phone confidence is key)
Comfortable speaking with business owners
Organized and detail-oriented
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Spanish speaking preferred
